Kemendikbud Sediakan Materi Pengayaan Belajar dari Rumah

JAKARTA, JAGAPAPUA.COM - Perwakilan kluster pendidikan yang tergabung di dalam Sekretariat Nasional Satuan Pendidikan Aman Bencana (SPAB) menyerahkan materi pengayaan pendukung kegiatan belajar dari rumah kepada Kementerian Pendidikan dan Kebudayaan (Kemendikbud). Materi pengayaan dimaksud berupa informasi sumber-sumber belajar untuk peserta didik maupun tenaga pendidik yang bersifat bahan bacaan, lembar aktivitas, panduan berkegiatan bersama anak-anak dan remaja.

"Kami sangat mengapresiasi dukungan organisasi pendidikan yang telah mencurahkan perhatian serta memberikan materi-materi pengayaan yang dapat dimanfaatkan oleh berbagai pihak untuk memastikan pendidikan tetap berjalan di masa pandemi ini," diungkapkan Sekretaris Jenderal (Sesjen) Kemendikbud Ainun Na'im dalam telekonferensi bersama Kluster Pendidikan Aman Bencana di Jakarta, Kamis (04/06).

Sebanyak lebih dari 200 materi pengayaan dikumpulkan oleh UNICEF bersama anggota klaster pendidikan yaitu Save The Children, Plan International Indonesia, Wahana Visi Indonesia, Kerlip, Predikt, LPBI NU, Muhammadiyyah Disaster Management Center, Asia Foundation, Kompak, Inovasi/TASS, Tanoto Foundation, KYPA, Caritas Indonesia, Zenius, Ruang Guru, Google Indonesia, Microsoft Indonesia, SekolahMu dan lainnya yang tergabung dalam Seknas SPAB.  

Materi-materi pengayaan belajar dari rumah dapat diakses publik melalui laman bersamahadapikorona.kemdikbud.go.id. Semua materi dapat diperbanyak dan dipergunakan untuk kepentingan pembelajaran, khususnya mendukung program belajar dari rumah.

Data Sekretariat Nasional Satuan Pendidikan Aman Bencana (SPAB) per 27 Mei 2020 menunjukkan sebanyak 646 ribu satuan pendidikan terdampak bencana nonalam Covid-19. Sedangkan jumlah siswa terdampak mencapai 68.801.708 siswa yang dilaporkan melaksanakan kegiatan belajar dari rumah. Dari hasil survei singkat Seknas SPAB pada bulan April 2020, sebanyak 30,8 persen responden mengalami kendala belajar dari rumah dikarenakan koneksi jaringan internet.

“UNICEF akan selalu mendukung Kemendikbud dalam pemenuhan hak pendidikan anak terutama dalam situasi darurat pandemi Covid-19 ini, dengan memastikan keberlanjutan belajar anak baik melalui pengembangan panduan serta materi pengayaan khususnya bagi anak-anak di daerah marginal yang tidak memiliki akses internet”, ujar Hiroyuki Hattori selaku Chief of Education UNICEF Indonesia.  

Keselamatan dan kesehatan lahir batin peserta didik, orang tuanya, serta guru dan tenaga kependidikan menjadi pertimbangan utama Kemendikbud dalam merekomendasikan kegiatan belajar dari rumah selama masa pandemi Coronavirus Disease (Covid-19). Untuk itu, Kemendikbud telah menerbitkan Surat Edaran Sekretaris Jenderal Nomor 15 Tahun 2020 tentang Pedoman Pelaksanaan Belajar dari Rumah Selama Darurat Bencana Covid-19 di Indonesia.

Sesjen Sekretaris Jenderal (Sesjen) Kemendikbud Ainun Na'im mengungkapkan bahwa kegiatan belajar dari rumah (BDR) dilaksanakan untuk memberikan pengalaman belajar yang bermakna bagi peserta didik, tanpa terbebani tunturan menuntaskan kurikulum.

"Maka, belajar dari rumah dapat difokuskan pada pendidikan kecakapan hidup, misalkan mengenai pencegahan penyebaran atau penularan Covid-19 ini kepada peserta didik. Materinya bisa disesuaikan dengan usia dan jenjang pendidikan, maupun konteks budaya di lingkungan sekitar, serta kekhususan peserta didik," tutur Sesjen Ainun Na'im.

Ragam aktivitas dan penugasan selama belajar dari rumah sangat dimungkinkan bervariasi antar daerah, antar satuan pendidikan, dan juga antar peserta didik. "Disesuaikan dengan minat dan kondisi masing-masing, termasuk mempertimbangkan kesenjangan akses terhadap fasilitas," ujar Sesjen Kemendibud.

Ainun menambahkan, belajar dari rumah tidak harus selalu dijalankan secara dalam jaringan (daring), tetapi juga luar jaringan (luring). Misalnya menggunakan televisi dengan menonton siaran Belajar dari Rumah di TVRI, radio, serta buku ataupun modul belajar mandiri dan lembar kerja.

“Misi dari Zenius Education adalah untuk mendorong rasa kecintaan pada belajar dimana saja dan kapan saja, dan misi itu semakin terasa nyata dalam masa pandemi Covid-19 ini, terutama dalam kerjasama lintas sektor untuk mewujudkan kegiatan belajar dari rumah yang efektif. Kami siap untuk terus mendukung Kemendikbud dan seluruh stakeholder pendidikan, baik guru, orang tua maupun siswa, untuk tetap bisa merealisasi pembelajaran, meski dalam situasi yang tidak ideal," tutur Amanda P. Witdarmono, Chief of Teachers' Initiatives, Zenius Education.
 
Sesjen Kemendikbud kembali mengingatkan bahwa solidaritas dan gotong royong yang ditunjukkan dalam kluster pendidikan aman bencana ini menguatkan semangat dan optimisme untuk menghadapi pandemi. "Semoga kita dapat terus meningkatkan kerja sama dan menjaga kekompakan dalam menghadapi segala tantangan pendidikan di masa pandemi Covid-19 ini," ujar Ainun. (*)
