Polisi Tetapkan Tersangka Korupsi Dana Hibah KONI Papua Barat

PAPUA BARAT, JAGAPAPUA.COM - Kepolisian Daerah (Polda) Papua Barat menetapkan tiga orang sebagai tersangka dalam perkara dugaan korupsi dana hibah KONI Papua Barat selama tiga tahun anggaran. Direktur Reserse Kriminal Khusus (Dir Reskrimsus) Polda Papua Barat, Komisaris Besar Sonny MN Tampubolon menyatakan tiga tersangka tersebut adalah DI, AW dan L.

"Hasil gelar perkara kasus ini, baru tiga tersangka yang ditetapkan yakni DI, AW, dan L, dan akan berkembang," ujar Sonny dalam konferensi pers di markas Polda Papua Barat, Senin (15/5/2023). 

Sonny menyampaikan bahwa dari total Rp 227 milar dana hibah KONI Papua Barat tiga tahun anggaran yakni 2019, 2020 dan 2021 diketahui kerugian negara mencapai Rp 32 miliar lebih. 

"Tidak hanya korupsi, tapi akan dikembalikan ke Tindak Pidana Pencucian Uang (TPPU)," kata Sonny. 

Ia belum menjelaskan secara detail terkait peran dari ketiga tersangka, karena masih dalam pengembangan untuk mengungkap tersangka baru. 

"Hari Rabu pekan depan akan kami rilis kembali secara lengkap dengan menyertakan para tersangka dan barang bukti," janji Sonny.

Adapun penyidikan dilakukan terhadap total dana hibah sebesar Rp 227.495.122.000 miliar yang diterima KONI Papua Barat dalam kurun waktu tahun 2019, 2020 dan 2021. Rincian dana itu antara lain 1) Tahun 2019 sebesar Rp 60.000.000.000,- 2) Tahun 2020 sebesar Rp 99.995.122.000,- 3) Tahun 2021 sebesar Rp 67.500.000.000,-

Dalam kasus dugaan korupsi dana hibah untuk KONI Papua Barat, penyidik sebelumnya telah memeriksa 92 saksi, termasuk para pimpinan KONI. Adapun para tersangka disangkakan Pasal 2 dan Pasal 3 Jo Pasal 18 UU RI Nomor 31 Tahun 1999 sebagaimana diubah dengan UU Nomor 20 Tahun 2001 dan rumusan pasal 3 dan Pasal 5 UU Nomor 8 Tahun 2010 tentang pencegahan dan pemberantasan Tindak Pidana Pencucian Uang (TPPU).

Sebelumnya, penyidik Tipidkor Polda telah berhasil menemukan belanja dan kegiatan dalam pertanggungjawaban (LPJ) KONI Provinsi Papua Barat yang tidak sesuai dengan kondisi yang sebenarnya dan tidak disertai dengan bukti pendukung yang sah dan lengkap. Tim penyidik juga telah memeriksa puluhan saksi terkait kasus ini. (UWR)
